Alkaline Hydrolysis

Alkaline Hydrolysis is an environmentally friendly method of final disposition that is available for our loved ones. The scientific name for this water-based process is alkaline hydrolysis. It is the same process that occurs as part of nature’s course when a body is laid to rest in the soil. A combination of gentle water flow, temperature, and alkalinity are used to accelerate the breakdown of organic materials.

Natural Organic Reduction

Natural Organic Reduction (aka “Terramation”) utilizes the body’s own naturally occurring microbes to gently transform remains into nutrient rich soil. The process is conducted in individual pods and takes about 60 days to complete. The resulting soil can then be returned home to be planted with a memorial tree or donated to forestry or other similar nature rejuvenation projects.
