Ruth Edna Mings

Ruth Edna Angell Mings was born June 28, 1944, in Omak, Wash., to Glen and Edna Angel. Ruth completed her education in Dayton, graduating in 1963. Ruth married the love of her life, Ronnie Mings on July 25, 1964. To this union came two children, Rita Mings Brown and Rodney Mings. For 26 years Ruth greatly enjoyed her work and regular customers at the Walla Walla Airport. Ruth was truly a people person, she loved to visit and was always interested in your day.
Ruth was a die-hard Mariner fan win or lose. Ruth believed that you were never too old to dance and she was always singing and humming. She enjoyed camping, fishing and spending time with her family. Ruth’s
world revolves around her family, she loved going to her grandchildren’s sporting events and supporting them in all they did.
Ruth was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Glenys Moton. Ruth is survived by her husband, Ronnie; two children, Rita Mings Brown (John), Rodney Mings (Lori); five grandchildren; one great-grandson;
one brother, James Angell.
Celebration of life to be held May 2, 2015, at 1 p.m. at The Town Hall, Waitsburg. Donations to the Lupus Foundation.
