Paul "Jim" James Mitchell

Paul “Jim” James Mitchell was born in Ada, OK, to Paul Martin Mitchell and Gladys Eloise (Clelland) Mitchell on October 15, 1944.

He married Donna Elaine Bailey on December 27, 1980, in San Diego, CA.  He retired from the Navy in 1989.  He went to work for Lumbermen’s and later retired as a dispatcher for Valley Transit.

Jim is survived by his wife, Donna; daughter, Kimberly (William) Emberton of Menifee, CA; son, Paul Thomas Mitchell of Menifee, CA; Six grandchildren, three great-grandchildren.  He is preceded in death by his parents.

Per his request no services will be held.
