Lucille “Lucy” Tiedemann passed away peacefully on February 11, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.
Born on December 31, 1935, in Walla Walla, Lucy lived a life deeply enriched by the love and support of her large, close-knit family.
She was known for her cherished relationships with her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren, creating a long and lasting family legacy. We will always carry your memory in our hearts.
Lucy is survived by five children: Brian Tiedemann (Dana), Diana Lang (Stan), Doyle Tiedemann (Debbie), Eric Tiedemann (Barb), and Josh Tiedemann; 19 grandchildren; 47 great-grandchildren; 10 great-great-grandchildren; six sisters: Geri Holman, Sharon Ruble, Carrie Russo, Ginny Wright, Bev Barksdale (Ed), and Nimi Moon (Danny); two brothers: Jerald Conrad and Delbert Conrad. And numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Lucy is preceded in death by her parents, Margaret and Leo Conrad; husband, Harry Tiedemann; sisters, Juanita Phillips and Elverta Jacobson; brothers, Richard “Sandy” Conrad, and Larry Conrad; grandson, Bruce Tiedemann; and great-great-granddaughter, Paisley Tiedemann.
Graveside services will be held on Thursday, February 20, 2025, at 1:00 PM, at Blue Mountain Memorial Gardens, College Place.
A later Memorial Service will be held at the 2025 Annual Conrad/Tiedemann Family Reunion in July.
