Our mother, grandmother, aunt and
our friend, Louise Brown passed away
Dec. 10, 2016.
Louise was born April 1, 1923, in Fort Scott, Kan., to Floyd and Jesse Stroud Fetters. She was the youngest of four children. She married Clarence (Tony) Brown Aug. 20, 1938, in Cleveland, Okla., and they had five daughters. Tony passed away in 1965 in Walla Walla. She later married Joe Bembaron and helped raise three step-children. They eventually divorced. Most of all she enjoyed being with her family. She was a great cook, seamstress, enjoyed crocheting, and she loved to dance. We will miss all the times we shared surrounded by music, hours playing cards, the laughter and all the family gatherings.
She worked at Wade’s Self Service Gas Station as a cashier.
Louise was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Tony; siblings; daughter, Betty Zaro; sonin- law, Lanny Flynn; step-son, Aaron Bembaron; grandchildren, Carla Freeman and Christopher Tichgelaar.
She is survived by daughters, Gerry Flynn, Tonie Jeanette Carney (Wesley), Gail Ringering, Sue Farris (Robert); son-in-law, Nick Zaro; step-daughters, Jeannie Berger and Yvonne Tulli; 11 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, six great-great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank hospice for their care during this difficult time. In lieu of flowers you may donate to Hospice through Herring Groseclose Funeral Home, 315 W. Alder, Walla Walla, WA 99362.
