Lawrence L. Price

Lawrence Price, 90, of College Place, died on February 3, 2025, at Providence St. Mary Medical Center. He was born in Walla Walla on July 6, 1934, to Clarence and Vera (Harter) Price. He graduated from Walla Walla High School in 1955. On August 13, 1955, he married Patricia Blize, his best friend and Partner. He was a farmer all his life, working for many farms in the Walla Walla Valley. He started working for Martin Buchanon in 1963, moving to Dixie. He retired from there in 1999. He lived in Dixie until moving to Brookdale College Place Assisted Living. He loved hunting, fishing, caring for his cows, and being with family.

Surviving are his daughter and son-in-law, Kathy and Dean Gerling of Walla Walla; Brothers, Dale Price of Walla Walla and David Price of Texas; two grandchildren, five great-grandchildren; two nieces, and one nephew.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, son Richard Price, brother Thomas Price, brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Dean and Nancy Blize.

There will be a graveside memorial service on Monday, May 12, 2025, at 10:00 AM, at Mountain View Cemetery, 2120 S 2nd Ave, Walla Walla.
