Laura Louise was born on October 17, 1939, in Walla Walla to Frances and Al Weinel. The family resided in Milton-Freewater, OR, and Walla Walla, WA. Laura Louise was the oldest of four children. She graduated from Wa-Hi in 1958. She married Lawrence Rosenfelt on May 10, 1959. Larry and Laura Louise raised three boys in WW: Todd, Jeff, and Drew.

Over the years, Laura Louise worked at numerous retail establishments, such as Hatfields, Emporium, and Shopko. She was active in the WW Homemakers Club, the WW Cruisers Car Club, Bingo at the VFW, Lacy Lacers knitting club, and St Paul’s Episcopal Church. Laura Louise enjoyed knitting, painting, gardening, and spending time with her friends and family. Her paintings and knitted gifts are treasured by all who received them.

She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Larry; her brothers, Todd and Roger; and her daughter-in-law, Cindy. She is survived by her sister, Emma Grube (Marty); sons, Todd (Debbie), Jeff (Monica), and Drew (Deborah); as well as grandsons, Evan, Bryan, and Todd; and granddaughters, Kitiara and Madeline (Logan Abrahamse). She was also blessed with two great-children, Aiden and Hallie. She will be missed.
