Joseph M Guglielmelli

Joe Guglielmelli was born on April 22, 1933 in Walla Walla, WA to Emilio and Josephine (Saturno) Guglielmelli, Sr.  He graduated from St. Patrick Catholic School in 1952.  On October 17, 1954 he married Aletha Dee Holsclaw in Walla Walla who was his dance partner and the love of his life.  Joe and Dee raised six children: Joe Jr., Fred, Vern, DeEtta, Lorrene and Dena.  They owned Guglielmelli Sod Farm for the past 40 years.  He was a member of the Good Sam Club and Walla Walla Farmer’s Co-op.

Joe is survived by five children, 13 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and brother Emelio Guglielmelli Jr.

He is preceded in death by his parents, son Joseph M. Guglielmelli Jr, brother Frank and sister Lucille.

Viewing and Visitation will be held at the Herring Groseclose Funeral Home on Wednesday, June, 19, 2019, starting at 2:00 PM.  A Rosary will be held on Thursday, June 20, 2019, at 6:00 PM at the Herring Groseclose Funeral Home.  The Funeral Mass will be held at Assumption Catholic Church on Friday, June 21, 2019 at 11:00 AM.
