Jennie Marie Paul

Jennie Marie Paul died December 22, 2011 at the age of 91. Jennie was born on July 8, 1920 to John and Frances Novak in Haigler, Nebraska. She moved to Oregon with her family.

Jennie married her first husband, Ralph Haasch, May 1939. Ralph preceded her in death in 1970. She married Jack Paul in 1976. Jack preceded her in death January 2011.

Jennie is survived by two children, Gary Haasch, and Myrna Van Datta, her sister Lillian Rosen, and brother, Johnny Novak. She has five grandchildren, Kevin and Glen Van Datta, Tina Neis and Kurt and Traci Haasch, and seven great grandchildren.

Jennie worked for the Assesors Office. She enjoyed the Oregon Coast. She was proud of becoming an artist with many paintings.

Viewing & visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 27, 2011 at the Herring Groseclose Funeral Home, 315 W. Alder, Walla Walla, WA. Graveside Services will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, December 28, 2011 at Blue Mountain Memorial Gardens with Rev. Mark Koonz officiating. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, December 28, 2011 at Emmanuel Lutheran Church. Memorial donations can be made to Emmanuel Lutheran Church, Guide Dogs for the Blind or charity of choice through the funeral home.
