Jason Alexander Stott

Jason Alexander Stott 32, passed away August 21, 2017, in Milton-Freewater Oregon.
Jason was born March 29, 1985 in Aurora, Colorado to Kelly Green and Claudine M Stott. Jason was proud to be a combat veteran, serving from June 2004 to October 2008. He served in the Army's 101st Airborne Division and was in the 506 Infantry. He part of the Ho-Chunk Nation and a member of the Bear Clan.
His interests were in Native rituals and rites, as well as participating in sweat lodges. He was an avid writer of poetry and expressed himself through music. Jason always loved the outdoors and camping growing up. He was also a lover of comedy, always cracking jokes and pulling pranks. Jason loved spending time with friends and family, he always said, "family is everything." Jason loved spending time with friends and family, he always said, "family is everything." Gone too soon, he will be missed by many.
He is survived by his three sons Alexander Stott, 7, Isaiah Benson, 4, and Benjamin Stott, 9 months. His mother Claudine Stott and father Richard Lee as well as his four younger siblings Samantha, Whitney, Joseph, and Jade.
Viewing and Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 29, 2017 from 11:00AM till 7:00PM at the Herring Groseclose Funeral Home.
Funeral Services will be held at the Herring Groseclose Funeral Home on Wednesday, August 30, 2017 at 1:00PM with, Pastor Steve Morris officiating. Interment will follow at the Mountain View Cemetery of Walla Walla.
