James A. Schulke

James A. Schulke, 80, passed away on January 27, 2025, in Walla Walla Washington, surrounded by family.

Jim was born on October 9, 1944, in Walla Walla Washington to Art and Marge Schulke. He graduated from Walla Walla High School in 1963. After college, he pursued a career with the Corps of Engineers and the U.S. Forest Service. Jim married Jane Seavey, and they finished their careers farming the family farm. He and Jane enjoyed retirement and spent their time with family and traveling.

He is survived by his wife, Jane, of 56 years, and his children, Stacy Morrison (Tom), Jeff Schulke (Kara), Suzie Schulke (Mike); grandchildren, Travis Morrison (Tyler), Tyler Morrison, Campbell Schulke, Easton Hurst, Case Hurst, Emerson Schulke, Kai Larimer; sister-in-law, Diane Schulke, and numerous beloved nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother Jerry, and grandson Cooper Schulke.
