Born August 4th, 1941, in Big Timber, Montana to Leon and Louise Westervelt.

Spent early years in a stone farmhouse and attended a one room country school at Dry Creek. Graduated from Sweet Grass County High School in 1959. Graduated from Montana State College (now MSU) in Bozeman, Mt with a nursing degree in 1962. Married Charles Albert Lincoln December 28th, 1962, and honeymooned in nearby Yellowstone National Park.

Had a 40-year nursing career during which time I worked in Bozeman, Mt; Dunkirk, Ny; Charlottesville, Va; and Walla Walla, Wa. Enjoyed working 23 years at Washington Odd Fellows Boarding Home/Assisted Living.

Children: Todd & wife Lindy, Robb & wife Glenda, Scott & wife Jolene
Grandchildren: Conor, Gillian, Kaeden, Torin, Ava Darlene & Elsie Irene
Sisters: Lyla Jean Pattie, Elda Marrie Teague, Carol Ann Forestiere
Brothers: Glen Lee Westervelt, Royal A Westervelt

Loved: Sewing (made her own wedding dress), music (especially singing with her sisters), gardening, scrabble, family, and hummingbirds.
Preceded in Death by: Leon Westervelt Dec 21st 1986, Louise Moss Westervelt Oct 23rd 1997, Charles A Lincoln March 21st 2016.

The above was written by our mom before she passed peacefully in her sleep in her apartment by Mill Creek September 20, 2022. Her faith is as a mountain. She is greatly missed.
