Helen Carter Tichi Fenner

Helen Carter Tichi Fenner passed away at her residence April 7, 2018 in Green Valley, Arizona.

Helen was born November 5, 1927 to William and Helen Pilkington Carter in Brighton, Colorado. She attended school in Athena, Oregon; graduating in 1945.

Helen is survived by her daughter Sharon Felton, son-in-law Daniel Felton of Richland, WA. and many grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents William and Helen Carter, her first husband Gabriel Tichi , her second husband Keith Fenner, Daughter Janet Blanchard and her son Robert Tichi.

Graveside Services will be held Friday, April 20, 2018 at 11:00AM at Mountain View Cemetery in Walla Walla, Washington.

Memorial Contributions may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice through the Herring Groseclose Funeral Home 315 W. Alder, Walla Walla, WA.
