Helen M. Martin of Walla Walla, WA passed away on May 13, 2018 at the age of 95.  For the past eight years she was a resident of the Washington Odd Fellows Home in Walla Walla.

Helen was a long-time music teacher at Firestone Park Elementary in Akron, Ohio, pianist for the Church of the Brethren in Akron, Ohio and Pasadena, Calif., and Sr. Clerk at The Aerospace Corporation in El Segundo, Calif. She was preceded in death by her husband Ralph B. Martin, age 89, long-time pastor of the Church of the Brethren, and her grandson Darin James Moore, age 24, both of Walla Walla.

Helen is survived by her children Dennis Martin, Sharon Norman, Gary Martin, Wendy Borow, and their spouses; plus 9 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.

There will be a memorial service on Saturday, June 30, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at the Washington Odd Fellows Home, 534 Boyer Ave., Walla Walla, WA 99362. Immediate family will gather in August for an urn internment for both Helen and Ralph at the Ivy Cemetery in Prescott, WA.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Washington Odd Fellows Home through the Herring Groseclose Funeral Home, 315 W. Alder, Walla Walla, WA 99362.
