Eva Clarice Fouts

Eva Fouts, age 97 passed away on September 19, 2015 at Hospice House in Bend, Oregon. She was born on October 7, 1917 in Hingham, Montana, the third child of James Right Prater and Clarice Civilla (Reeher) Prater.

Eva married Gail Eugene Fouts on April 20, 1940 in Walla Walla, WA. Gail preceded her in death in 1982. After Gail’s death, Eva moved to the family homestead on the Wilson River in Oregon, where she spent many happy years surrounded by her extended family.

Survived by a sister-in-law, Shirley Fouts of Walla Walla, WA; brother‐in-law, Bob Fouts (Sheri) of Buckeye, AZ; along with seven cousins and many nieces and nephews.

A Graveside Celebration will be Saturday, October 3, 2015 at 11:30 AM at Mountain View Cemetery in Walla Walla. Memorial contributions to the Reeher Homestead Inc through the Herring Groseclose Funeral Home, 315 W. Alder, Walla Walla, WA.
