In 1949 Edith met and married Robert Walcott Sanborn and together they had six children; Robert, Gregory, Jorge, Marcos, Judith and Barnabas.
Edith worked for the San Diego Sheriff’s office as a Correction Officer II, and retired from service in the 1980’s. Edith lived in LaMesa, California until recently when she relocated to Washington State.
