David Keith Karl

David Karl passed away on June 23, 2022. He was 71 at the time of his passing. David was born in Walla Walla to David and Mary Karl on May 16, 1951. He lived and worked here all his life. He was a very loving husband, father, and grandpa. He married Regina Velasquez on September 11, 1976, in Walla Walla. They were married almost 46 years up until his time of passing. David loved and cherished his wife. David cherished his grandson, Michael; loved all their time together and all the fun they had. He loved spending time in the mountains and going camping. He was the oldest of five siblings. He loved all the dogs he and Regina would rescue from the shelter. He would take one home and decide if he wanted to keep it, and of course, he was kind-hearted and never took the dog back. David was a very kind-hearted big brother. He was so loved.

He is survived by his wife, Regina, at the home; sons, David and wife M.J. Karl, Matthew and wife Chrissy Karl; grandson, Michael Karl; brother, Rick and wife Elaine Karl; sisters, Stephanie and husband Ray Slimullp, Debbie Mclean all of Walla Walla and Pam Ben, of Manson, WA; and a lot of Nieces and Nephews. He was preceded in death by his son, Michael David; mother, Mary Karl; and father, David Karl; numerous Aunts, Uncles and Grandparents.
