Carol Annette Costello

Carol was born April 11, 1948, to Arthur Bischoff Sr. and Joanne Bischoff in Walla Walla, WA. She attended the Walla Walla schools and graduated from Walla Walla High School in 1967.

She met Richard Buroker, her childhood sweetheart while attending Wa-Hi and married in 1967. After their family moved to Yakima some years later, Carol started working at Snokist Growers in 1982 and worked there for 20 years.

Carol married Carl Costello of Mabton, WA, in April 1991. The couple moved from Yakima to Benton City in 2009. They enjoyed the small community living.

Carol is survived by her husband, Carl; her sons, Chris Buroker (Brenda) of Finley, WA, and Patrick Buroker (Tracy) of Yakima, WA; her daughter, Jenna Foster (Lloyd) of Kennewick, WA; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; her sister, Cathy Yunck (Ron) of Lacey, WA; and her brother, Artie Bischoff (Linda) of Walla Walla.

There will be no open casket viewing. Funeral services will begin on Saturday, July 12, 2025, at 10:30 AM at the Chapel of the Herring Funeral Home, 315 W Alder St, in Walla Walla. A Graveside service will be at the Mountain View Cemetery.
