Baruch "Berry" John Klassen

Barry Klassen of Walla Walla, passed into the presence of His Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ on March 22, 2017. After a sudden and unexpected illness in which he was later life flighted to Harbor View Medical Center, Jesus took him home to Himself.

Barry’s parents are Ron and Tami Klassen of Walla Walla. His brothers are Eric Klassen of Kennewick, Matt and Ryan Klassen both of Walla Walla.

Barry was only here for 30 years but his simple life and faith in God touched many lives and hearts with Jesus’ love.

Barry is survived by all of his four grandparents and many uncles, aunts, and cousins whom he dearly loved. In consideration of what Barry would want (i.e:, valuing eternal things over temporal and fleeting things) flowers are not necessary. If Barry could write this notice he would have finished with something like this: God is real, and faith and trust in Him results in unshakable peace and unspeakable and eternal blessing.

Memorial contributions may be made to Barry J. Klassen Memorial Fund through the Herring Groseclose Funeral Home, 315 W. Alder, Walla Walla.

Viewing and visitation will be held on Sunday, March 26, 2017, from 2 p.m. – 5 p.m. at the Herring Groseclose Funeral Home.
