Ardys Arloie Fleming

Ardys Fleming (née Ardys A. Ault) of Seattle, WA, died February 3, 2017 at the age of 88.

She was born to Annabelle and William Ault in Walla Walla, WA. She graduated from Dayton (WA) High School and took business courses in Spokane. Ardys married Don Merlin Fleming on March 12, 1950 in Spokane, and the couple settled in Walla Walla. In 1963, they relocated to Seattle where they raised three children.

Ardys was preceded in death by her husband of thirty years, and by her sisters Marion Harting and Lois Duncan, and brother Edwin Ault.

She is survived by her son James Fleming (Mary), daughters Sandra Reichert and Pamela Holman, and grandsons Christopher and Bryan Reichert.

Ardys will be remembered for her love of family and her saucy sense of humor. She adored family pets, was an avid Mariners fan, and loved dancing until she could dance no longer.

A private funeral service will be held for Ardys on Monday, February 13, 2017 at the Mountain View Cemetery in Walla Walla.
